Pattinson grew up in London, England. His mother worked for a modelling agency, and his father sold cars. He has two sisters: Victoria works in politics and Lizzy is a singer and songwriter.

From model to actor:

Pattinson started modelling when he was only 12 years old, but stopped at 16. Then, he wos a acor. Pattinson started acting in 2004 and got roles in TV and the cinema. He beat 3000 other boys who wanted the role of Edward.

Attractive and dangerous:

Why does he think people are fascinated by vampires? “ Vampires have a dark secret which intrigues people. A vampire can be good-looking and dangerous, he says.

A talented musician:

Pattison is also a musician who plays guitar and piano. He played in a group with friends when he was growing up in London. In fact, he wrote and sang two songs on the Twilight soundtrack: “Never Think” and Let me sing”. Music is my back up plan if I stop acting he says.
